1991 Lease of a business property in Dormagen from the construction company Bilfinger & Berger AG and establishment of a branch office with additional welding department for reinforcement cages.
1992 The first enterprise in North Rhine-Westphalia produces bored pile cages with pile cage machines.
1993 Lenton base dealer.
1994 Acquisition of the property Am Wahler Berg 7.
2000 Extension of the distribution area for the Dormagen branch to the Belgian and Dutch reinforcement market.
2009 Operation extension and construction of a new access road for the site with parking for 20 semitrailer tractors
2010 Modernisation of the Dormagen office and social building.
2011 - 2012 Modernisation of the Dormagen site. Construction of a new hall complex in Dormagen with 14,000 m² of hall space on 45,000 m² of floor space as well as rationalisation and expansion of the reinforcement cage centre and bending plant with a strong focus on the markets in the Netherlands and Belgium. Increase in production capacity to 60,000 t of processed reinforcing steel per year.
2014 Extension of the service for the laying of reinforcing steel meshes with Mat-O-Matic.
to 2015 Expansion of the reinforcement cage division on 9 pile cage machines and 2 production plants for the manufacture of diaphragm wall slat cages. Increase in production capacity to 20,000 t per year.
2016 Expansion of the Dutch B-mesh program at the Dormagen site.
2017 Construction of a new crane runway. As a result, the storage capacity for storage meshes has been increased to 6,000 t.
